東洋エンタープライズ社(Toyo Enterprises)のミリタリーレーベル「Buzz Rickson バズリクソン」のブルーシャンブレーミリタリーワークシャツ(メンズ 半袖シャツ ショートスリーブシャツ)です。
この製品は、アメリカ海軍のワークユーティリティシャツ(米海軍士官用の作業シャツ)の復刻モデルの半袖バージョンです。オリジナルのシャツは長袖でしたが、このモデルは夏向けの半袖モデルです。1950年代のビンテージミリタリーワークウェアのディテールを再現しつつも、現代的な繊細なシルエット、縫製を取り入れ、街着として着易い洗練されたファッショナブルでスタイリッシュなデザインに再構築されています。
衿は台衿付きのややロングポイント気味のレギュラーカラーのフルオープンシャツタイプで、スソはカーブ状にカットされたラウンドボトム(ラウンドテール)です。
素材はコットン100%のワンウォッシュ済みライトウェイト薄手シャンブレー生地です。
生地表面にはランダムな織りムラ、スラブ、ネップ(糸の塊)、上品なシワ感・霜降り感があらわれた、通気性の良い清涼感のある薄地のカジュアルな生地です。新品の状態では適度なザラ感とハリ感が残された仕様になっておりますが、着用と洗濯を繰り返すごと生地が馴染み、柔らかい風合いが増し、デニムのように美しく経年変化していきます。
この製品には、ワンウォッシュ加工がかけられています。そのため、シャツには、程よいオールド感とヴィンテージ感が生まれ、クラシックな印象を与えるシャツに仕上げられています。また、ワンウォッシュですでに生地の縮みが発生しているので、洗濯後の縮みが少なくサイズ感が安定しているのも利点のひとつです。
フロントは6つボタンによるフルオープン開閉式です。ボタンには2つ穴のシンプルで上品な尿素丸皿ブルーボタンが使用されています。ボタンホールは縦方向に穴が開けられています(トップボタンのみ横方向に穴が開けられています)。
両胸には、ボタン留めパッチポケットが設けられています。ポケット開口部は折り返し仕様で強度が増されています。
負荷のかかるショルダー部分にはもう1枚生地をあてたバックヨーク仕様で、ヨークは前身まで引き出されています。
主要部分の縫製は、2本針巻き縫いのビンテージワークシャツの仕様を再現した王道的なつくりです。
両脇裾にはセルヴィッチ仕様のマチが付き、空縫いすると出てくる「空環」の、2本針(ダブルステッチ)の撚り糸が垂れ下がっています。30～50年代のワークシャツに見られたもので、補強の為に採用されたとされています。昔ながらのワークシャツの縫製手法を踏襲したディティールです。
衿裏にはラベルと「DA-36-243-QM(CTM) 8704-C-58」のスタンプが配されています。

Buzz Rickson Men"s U.S. Navy Military Chambray Shirt, Short Sleeves BR35856
This shirt is made in Japan and produced by Buzz Rickson ( Buzz Ricksons Buzz Rickson"s ) by Toyo Enterprises. Body pattern is a reproduction of the U.S. Navy military chambray shirt modified into short-sleeved versions. The original US Navy blue chambray utility shirts ( vintage military workwear ) worn by sailors throughout WWII in all theaters were only produced with long sleeves, but some sailors took it upon themselves to have their shirts modified into short-sleeved versions. The original havd long sleeves, but this shirt has been replaced by short sleeves for summer season. This shirt 1s a reproduction of short-sleeved versions. And this shirt is cut to Slimmer Fit for a more fashion-forward looks than Classic Fit. The T-shirt is not bulky or puffy.

Material : 100% cotton, One washed, chambray fabric.
Fabric Type : Made of a one-washed non-stretch light-weight chambray fabric with a slubby and frosty texture. A chambray is a plain weave fabric woven with a colored yarn in the warp and a white yarn in the weft. This fabric has a natural, breathable plain weave fabric woven from cotton fibers, with crispy feel and sophisticated wrinkles on the face of the fabric. The selvedge chambray is produced on vintage shuttle looms also replicating the vintage America design. The T-shirt is washed once for a fashionable vintage feel and look, and to ensure consistent sizing, thus these are the final size fitting and it is ready-to-wear. The more you wear, the more fabric will fade beautifully and continue to get softer and cozier.
Collar Type : Regular collar with collar stand for crisper appearance.
Placket type : 6 buttons on front opening. Full-button closure (Front placket, Front button closure) with vertical button holes. The buttons are custom manufacturing of correct mid-blue, urea dish buttons.
Bottom hem type : Curved hem ( shirt tail ). The shirttail scallop edge are finished with selvage gusset, and double twisted thread run off from the shirttail scallop edge, a classic detail found on authentic work shirts. This detail was found on work shirts of the 1930s-1950s and is believed to have been used to reinforce the hem.
Storage : This classically-styled shirt features twin chest open-top patch pockets with button closure and rounded lower corners. Reinforced pocket openings.
Yoke type : Straight yoke. A shirt yoke is made from two layers of fabric for durability. Reinforced double-layers shoulder yoke for greater durability at at stress points.
Back of the shirt : No pleats.
